Mortgage Loan Custodial Agreement

The custodian must provide the existing document manager and the new document manager with a data file providing certain credit-level information for each loan for which the deposit documents are transferred. The provider must include documents relating to each loan transferred to a separate credit file. If the vendor sends individual files, they must associate them with the test scale (or boxer) to ensure that the new document manager can link the documents to the association provided in each field. The custodian of documents may not disclose any filing documents for entire loans or MBS loans, unless it receives a written request (including electronic form) containing essentially the same information as required in the request for disclosure/restitution of documents (form 2009). If a buyer does not wish to use the same custodian of documents holding credit deposit securities in a service, he must inform Fannie Mae of the modification of the document guarantee agreements when he sends the request for authorization of the transfer of service or subcontracting (form 629). The purchaser should only submit a warranty execution contract executed by the new custodian of documents after notification of the authorization for the transfer of service. The Fannie Mae Loan Serviceer can transfer filing documents associated with any document manager with whom he has performed a Master Custodial Agreement (form 2017). The service must submit a request to Fannie Mae`s Custodian Oversight team and attach the name of the custodian and custodians of the transferor, as well as the list of loans requested for the transfer (see E-1-03, contact list). Fannie Mae will grant permission for the transfer, which is responsible for making available to the custodians and custodians of the buyer. The service provider must make appropriate arrangements for the safe transmission of hedging documents to the new custodian`s facilities and for the payment of all transfer-related costs.
